Laser Metal Cutting
Laser cutting of metals is accurate, fast clean, and requires a minimal investment in tooling. Our laser provides prototype and production quantities with fast turn around and great results. Parts are cut on the computer controlled multi-axis CNC system. Our system has the ability to cut tubing with outside diameters from .010 to 2.0 inches with a cutting kerf down to .0007 inches.
Our processing of materials includes nickel, stainless steels, nickel titanium, cobalt chromium, MP35N, and others.

Cutting - Plastics
Laser Plastic Cutting
Laser cutting plastic is fast, clean and accurate and requires minimal tooling. Prototyping and production has quick turnaround times. Parts are cut on computer controlled 4-axis machinery giving design flexibility without sacrificing accuracy or intricacy. Materials as thin as .002" and as thick as .040" may be processed. Shapes are cut from rounds, tubing, flat material, fabric, laminates, extrusions.
Our processing has included silicone, PTFE, ETFE, polyurethane, Pebax, Pevax, Mylar, Kapton, polyester fabric, and many others.
